In honor of Black History Month, The New Bedford Historical Society, in collaboration with The New Bedford Art Museum/Artworks! and Alison Wells Fine Art Gallery will be hosting an exhibit of 32 mixed media paintings by Artist Pamela Chatterton-Purdy, entitled..."Icons of the Civil Rights Movement" The exhibit will be on display at both The New Bedford Art Museum/Artworks! and Alison Wells Fine Art Gallery accompanied by a variety of programming.
